Lillian Howard is Mowachaht from the West Coast of Vancouver Island. She is of Nuu-chah-nulth, Kwakwaka'wakw and Tlingit Ancestry. Ms. Howard works part time at the Public Health Services Authority - Indigenous Health. She sits on the Vancouver Urban Indigenous Advisory Committee, Vancouver Police Department Indigenous Advisory Committee, Douglas College Aboriginal Advisory Committee, West Coast LEAF Aboriginal Advisory Committee, and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Indigenous Council. Lillian is an Indigenous, environmental and social justice advocate.
