Dr. Kaylee Byers (she/her) is a One Health scientist, urban wildlife ecologist and health communications researcher investigating innovative ways to improve the health of people, wildlife and ecosystems.
She is an Assistant Professor in the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia, an Adjunct in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University, a Senior Scientist with the Pacific Institute on Pathogens, Pandemics and Society, and the Deputy Director of the BC node of the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative.
