Genomics is opening new frontiers in maternal and child health, from prenatal screening to early diagnosis and mental health support. This panel will explore leading initiatives driving this transformation, including the national CHILD cohort study on childhood asthma, the development of a primary immunodeficiency hub at BC Children’s Hospital, and a pan-Canadian project that integrates genomic, environmental, and mental health data to support children and youth across the country.
